Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: March 2026
FlowBots AI is committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and functionality, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of our online presence.
Our Accessibility Standard
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Measures We Take
We implement the following accessibility measures across our website:
Semantic HTML
Our website is built using proper semantic HTML elements, including appropriate heading hierarchies, landmark regions (header, nav, main, footer), lists, tables, and form labels. Semantic structure ensures that assistive technologies such as screen readers can accurately interpret and convey page content and navigation to users.
Skip-to-Content Navigation
We provide a “Skip to Content” link at the top of every page that allows keyboard users and screen reader users to bypass repetitive navigation menus and jump directly to the main content area. This significantly improves the browsing experience for users who navigate sequentially through page elements.
Alternative Text for Images
All meaningful images on our website include descriptive alternative text (alt text) that conveys the purpose and content of the image to users who cannot see it. Decorative images are marked with empty alt attributes so that screen readers appropriately skip them. We regularly audit our image content to ensure alt text is accurate and helpful.
Full Keyboard Navigation
All website functionality is accessible using a keyboard alone. This includes navigating between pages, accessing menus and dropdowns, interacting with forms, activating buttons and links, and using interactive components. Visible focus indicators are provided so keyboard users can always see which element is currently active.
Color Contrast
We maintain a minimum color contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text, as required by WCAG 2.1 AA. This ensures that text content is readable for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies. Our design system enforces these contrast requirements across all page elements, including buttons, links, form fields, and body text.
Responsive Design
Our website is fully responsive and adapts to different screen sizes, orientations, and zoom levels. Content reflows properly when the page is zoomed up to 200%, ensuring readability for users who need larger text. We do not use horizontal scrolling at standard responsive breakpoints.
Form Accessibility
All form fields include visible labels, proper associations between labels and inputs, clear error messages, and instructions where needed. Required fields are clearly indicated, and form validation errors are announced to screen reader users and displayed visually with sufficient contrast.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, we acknowledge the following areas where we are actively working to improve:
- Third-Party Content: Some embedded third-party content (such as video players, chat widgets, or social media feeds) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We work with our vendors to improve accessibility and provide alternative access methods where possible.
- PDF Documents: Some older PDF documents on our site may not be fully accessible. We are working to convert these to accessible formats and ensure all new PDFs meet accessibility standards.
- Dynamic Content: Certain interactive elements or dynamically loaded content may have accessibility gaps that we are actively addressing through ongoing development and testing.
Testing & Evaluation
We regularly evaluate the accessibility of our website through:
- Automated accessibility scanning tools (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse)
- Manual testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS)
- Keyboard-only navigation testing
- Color contrast analysis of all design elements
- Review of new content and features before deployment
