FlowBots AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the FlowBots AI platform at flowbots.ai. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

What Data We Collect

FlowBots AI accesses the following Google Ads account data through the Google Ads API:

• Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost)
• Keyword and search term data
• Budget and bidding configurations
• Ad copy and creative assets
• Account structure (campaigns, ad groups, ads)
• Quality Score and recommendation data
• Geographic and demographic performance data

How We Use the Data

We use the data collected from your Google Ads account to:

• Analyze account health and performance
• Generate optimization recommendations
• Produce audit reports and health scores
• Detect spending anomalies and alert users
• Execute approved changes to Google Ads accounts on behalf of the user

Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on DigitalOcean
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL)
• Access is restricted via JWT authentication and row-level security
• Each client’s data is isolated from other clients (multi-tenant architecture)

Data Retention & Deletion

• We retain Google Ads performance data for as long as the user’s account is active
• Users can request complete deletion of their data by emailing privacy@flowbots.ai
• Upon deletion request, all associated data is removed within 30 days

Third-Party Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share Google Ads data with third parties
• We do not use Google Ads data for advertising purposes
• Data may be shared with Anthropic (Claude AI) for the purpose of generating analysis and recommendations, but no raw account data is stored by Anthropic

Google API Services Compliance

FlowBots AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use Disclosure

FlowBots AI’s use of Google Ads data is limited as follows:

1. We only use Google Ads data to provide and improve the features described in this policy
2. We do not sell Google Ads user data to third parties
3. We do not use Google Ads data for serving advertisements
4. We do not allow humans to read Google Ads user data except (a) with the user’s explicit consent, (b) as necessary for security purposes, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) for our internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymized
