Service Description
FlowBots AI is an AI-powered Google Ads management platform that analyzes, optimizes, and executes changes to Google Ads accounts. Our platform provides performance analysis, optimization recommendations, audit reports, anomaly detection, and automated account management.
Eligibility
Users must have authorized access to the Google Ads accounts they connect to FlowBots AI. By connecting a Google Ads account, you represent that you have the authority to grant access to that account.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing and approving changes before execution. FlowBots AI is not liable for performance outcomes of approved changes. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Google Ads policies.
Account Access
Users grant FlowBots AI read and write access to their Google Ads accounts via OAuth. This access can be revoked at any time through your Google account settings or by contacting us at support@flowbots.ai.
Limitation of Liability
FlowBots AI is not liable for changes in Google Ads performance, Google API downtime, or Google Ads policy changes. Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall FlowBots AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
Either party can terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, user data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Data Handling
Your use of FlowBots AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of FlowBots AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
